Key tasks and responsibilities:
? Working as part of the product management team, define the desired end user experience for the ammado website
? Research new features and products
? Liaise with all stakeholders to scope, proiritise and refine requirements
? Working as part of a scrum development team, liaise with designers, developers, to deliver this functionality.
? Liaise with support team and QA to provide third level customer support to identify and specify solutions of customer issues.

? Relevant third level qualification
? >3 years in a BA role, preferably in a consumer focused web environment, and as part of large development projects
? Very detail oriented
